Sometimes you can use the ‘Duplicate’ content menu to clone an element and then move it up and down the section.
Sometimes you can press Control & C to copy and element and then Control & V to paste that element.
Sometimes when you press Control & V to paste you get an message saying “You cannot paste element here”.

When you copy and paste an element in WeWeb, you will paste it at the same level on the element where you are. For example, if you have only one empty section. You are on the section, so you will paste at section level, so you can only paste section.
