We can't edit and follow up on the Weweb's own Customer Ticket!

Do you guys know that for the WeWeb’s customer ticket, we as the customers can’t edit it and follow up!

I submitted a customer ticket, someone followed up and said he/she didn’t see any issue and asked me to followup!! But there is no place for me to edit or follow up on the customer ticket!! Then he/she just closed the ticket and said I don’t follow up!

yea… Its the worst ticket system I’ve ever seen. Ive had success by adding in a section below the initial question with something like UPDATE {DATE} but ya its not a very good system at all.

I will say that the quality of the support i’ve gotten has always been good though.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We know it’s not perfect and we started working on a new support app with a chat to answer and much more feature. It’s in our roadmap to improve it

But for now, we prefer to prioritize the editor and add new feature in WeWeb
