I had issues with the subscription of the WeWeb Team plan. I subscribed, but the questions about seats were not very clear. I still have the plan, but I purchased more seats, and for some reason, the seats are not in my account. However, I paid for them with my credit card. I can’t find where to get access to WeWeb’s commercial support, so I am contacting you here.
I did that and opened a ticket with the commercial support. But the response to the ticket was that the commercial team had answered me here in the community. And the response here was teaching me how to open a ticket. Can I talk to someone from sales by email? Please, my problem persists.
