I wanted to know if the ticketing system was still working because I reported a problem and since then I have no action button to update my ticket. However, I noticed that the times on the ticket had changed, but without any comment inside.

Related to this I’m noticing that it’s taking many months to get to tickets that I’ve logged. I know everyone is doing their best but is there any way to speed this up?

We had difficulty processing all the tickets in the past weeks.
We recently reviewed our processes on this subject and the treatment should now be much faster !
