Hi. I have a ticket that was submitted on July 27th that is still unresolved. It changed to Under Development on September 7th and is still in that state. When can I expect it to be fixed please?

Yes, so first of all, an apology!
Our bug review processes didn’t anticipate summer holidays properly. This created a backlog of non-critical bugs reported in July / August that we are still working through. By non-critical I mean bugs that don’t affect the live app or for which there is a workaround.
We worked on improving our processes in September so this doesn’t happen again. We just finished the third iteration of the new process and so far it’s been a success. That said, we still expect it will take another 5-6 weeks to get back to normal as we continue to treat critical bugs in priority even if they are more recent ![]()
Really sorry for the inconvenience. As you know, we are constantly iterating and trying to improve.
