I have two open tickets where the communication ceased from your side.

A critical bug where an input element inside a repeated list / collection out of nowhere, does not update its value anymore. The bug got recognized, but when I asked when the bug could be fixed I got the message that “the engineering team will define the priorities”. That was on the 9th of July. After that i did not recieve any further communication. On the 16th I asked for updates - no answer since, even tough my support agent is shown as active all the time.

A Bug where I bind a collection from Airtable to an element to create a repeated list and lots of weird errors happen. The list does not show all the items that are shown in the dataset of the binding (no further filtering or conditional rendering). On page change, the page I left is still present in on the canvas, even tough the element tree on the left indicates the page change. The selection of the list container is not selectable. If I duplicate the page or create it from scratch in a slightly different way, the error still happens. Also in this case the support agent stopped responding since yesterday.
On one hand, I am concerned about the bugs as a get the sense that more and more bugs appear in previously working functionality, but even more so that my almost pleas for help get seemingly ignored.
What else can I do if I create support tickets and don’t even get updates?
I write this post in hope that my problems get the needed recognition, as I have no other way left and this is the last option for communication.
Please help, I am frustrated, concerned and beginning to lose faith in WeWeb.
