I cannot publish my applications

I have a problem trying to update the plan to Starter, It says “succefully updated” but it doesn’t work and I am not able to publish the project.
It happens to me in 2 projects.

Can anyone hepl me? I open two urgent support tickets but I have no answer.

We dont see any new project plan subscription associated with your email. So maybe the payment is not finalised on your side ?

I answer your first message here:

  • Yes, I try to subscribe in the URL you send me and I see following message:
    “your plan has been updated succefully”. But the plan is not changed to Starter.

Answer to the second message:

  • I cannot see if the credit card is working because the system never redirects me to the payment platform.
    Maybe I don’t explain me well. When I click on any “Subscribe” button, the system says always to me “your plan has been updated succefully”. It nevers redirect me to the payment platform. It means I never have the opportunity to pay.

I would like to pay the Starter plan monthly for both project. I would like to pay every month without clicking the “Subscribe” button.

Can you please help me with this issue?
