Project Plans - Moving, Downgrading, etc

I initially ordered a Starter plan for one of my projects. I ended up wanting to publish another project under one of my other workspaces. So, I downgraded the first project to the Free plan from the Starter. When I tried to apply the Starter plan to my other project, it took me to the billing page to purchase another Starter plan.

It looks like I was not refunded from my original purchase and unable to access that originally purchased Starter plan.

Are we able to move purchased plans to other projects? Can we move projects to other Workplaces?

Hi Aaron, project licenses/subscriptions are not transferable between projects. Every project requires its license. If you made a mistake and published the wrong project, ask for me through the website chat tool and I will do the transfer manually for you.
