Hello, we purchased a starter plan and then after some development we realized it became too messy and wanted to start from scratch. I couldn’t start a new project within that subscription so I deleted the old project. Now looks like my subscription is gone as it was attached to the project and not to the account. It was very unexpectable, because usually an organization is buying a subscription. Does it mean I have lost the money on the beginning of the subscription plan? It is for the whole year and we paid upfront, because we are a small NGO that needed to use the funding to build the project for our need. What to do in this case?

Thank you for your reply, I submitted the ticked. But I don’t know if there is something wrong with the interface, because I see it is “handled”, but nothing else. There is no conversation or any other action available, nothing clickable here. Is it supposed to be like this? I mean it says the team has answered, but I don’t see any answer.
