I am not sure where to find help on this topic. First of all, I subscribed to the starter plan around 3 days ago. Then I was testing and fixing the layout of my website. Today I realised I was switched back to the standard plan. I checked my bank transaction history and I can’t find a transaction history for Weweb subscription. So I thought it might be some errors caused by transactions, cancelling my Weweb subscription.
However, now I can no longer click on the subscribe button for starter plan anymore. I’ve filed a ticket for this already with no response yet. Have anyone else experienced simialr issues?
