How to change payment details on Weweb subscription?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to update the payment method on my Weweb subscription but haven’t been able to figure out how to do it through the dashboard. Is there a simple way to change payment details that I’m missing?

I’ve looked through the Plan and Billing but couldn’t find a clear option for updating my payment information. Any guidance from the community or Weweb team would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Antoinemazu, go to your dashboard - Plans & billing, scroll to the very bottom and click on update information. That will take you to Stripe where you can update your payment method. If you have further questions, please contact us on the online chat.
