Hi,
is it possible to run a WeWeb app, which is basically Vue and JS, on a local computer?
My idea was to create a simple form app which runs on a local device like Windows OS, where i can use my hard drive as a database in form of CSV or XML for storing the data.

Is something like that possible with WeWeb?
