Unable to update app/project plan?

I created a support ticket for this also, but was wondering if there are any quick workarounds that are known in the community when you’re unable to pay for a project plan? I had selected the plan but payment was working for some reason.

It now shows that there is an unpaid invoice but Stripe continues to grey out the ‘Name’ and ‘Address’ lines in the checkout page which are necessary for me to complete the transaction.

Any advice?
