Support SLAs on Starter plan

What SLA can I plan around while on the Starter plan for chat response time, etc?

Most of the questions on the chat are answered in 24h, nevertheless, we prefer to take a conservative approach and tell you 48-72h.

It happens sometimes that the editor is down while some updates are made (we tell you in advance), but apps in production are never impacted, whichever the plan you’re on.
