Editor performance issues since last update

Hi team,

Since the last update, I’ve been experiencing performance issues with the editor. After making just a few changes, it starts consuming up to 4–5GB of memory, which causes it to slow down significantly and eventually break.

This wasn’t happening before, or only occurred after extended use. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done on my side, but I wanted to bring this to your attention as it’s becoming quite annoying.

When you notice this happens, can you:

  • create a bug ticket here with an [EDITOR PERFORMANCE] tag in the title
  • run this test and
  • paste the results in the bug ticket?
