This is ridiculous. How can you build a business when there’s 0 response on outages… Created tickets, reported bug, send chatmessages, created topics in this community. Nothing helps.

I think they are not working at all on the weekend, another worrisome point. Probably tomorrow you will get a response.

Same problem here. prod down bc of an error, this is bad.

Yes. So the fix came after 2 days of outage… I have many customers that are super angry.
