Stuck in Restore for over 24 Hours with no support responses - any ideas?

Hi Friends,

We’ve been stuck in a restore loading state for close to 30 hours now. We contacted support via chat about that same time when it took over 10 minutes (per instructions on the loading page), and also submitted a ticket when I didn’t hear back within 4 hours. We have email confirmation that they received our message.

That said, this is clearly urgent and have been locked out of any work or maintenance on our app for nearly 2 days.

If anyone’s had any luck contacting support, escalating, or anything that might help us, we’d greatly appreciate it!

So at 50+ hours, I’m assuming the following:

  1. There is no support on weekends.
  2. The weweb community is dead or has very little activity
  3. Weweb has no interest in sustaining or growing its business

We have a fairly mature app with 2000+ users now, but this experience has been unacceptable and has definitely driven some of us to start talking about moving to an alternative front end.

Have you tried opening a ticket explicitly saying you’re stuck with the app in production? As for the rest, you’re right unfortunately.

Thanks - we have created a new ticket flagging it as a production issue (which it is, in a roundabout way since this was an attempt to resolve a bug in production through a restore).

Yeah, in these cases, at least with the old ticketing system, it would get priority (as much as you can get from WeWeb duh).

Hi @Multipass ,

Thanks a lot for your patience here, and for taking the time to describe the situation so clearly.

The restore is now complete and your project should be accessible again, but if you still notice anything strange after the rollback, please reply here or on your ticket and the team can double‑check your app.

No, the restore was not complete. You just stopped it.

Attempting to roll back (again).

Looks like our rollback worked in almost exactly ten minutes that time - seems like it went thru.
