Please seriously consider hiring support staff that are experienced in … support. Honestly … IMO - it’s way more important than their experience with the app. Almost anyone can learn WeWeb quickly. But the personality, style and management of communication for proper support is what really makes the difference. It’s a skill. Many people lack it.

I love raw talent. But for support … gimme EXPERIENCE and WISDOM … which only comes from experience.

I just sincerely wish WeWeb would consider securing another funding round to really accelerate growth at such a pivotal moment for AI and no-code.
Right now, limited support and dev resources seem to be holding things back a bit. With the right investment, WeWeb could go from great to truly unstoppable.
