At the moment the partner account is used, but there is no possibility to upload the code of the created project.
When going to the page of code upload - we get a warning about the limitation, which says:
Upgrade to a starter or scale plan to self-host.
Does the affiliate subscription include self-hosting?

In order to self-host a user needs to subscribe to an annual starter or scale plan.
The agency partner plan does not allow for accessing the code of your projects. Only the projects plan do.
