how to show color on options?

The advanced select means it’s more customizable but needs more work for it to be to your liking as it doesn’t come 100% ready out of the box like the normal select element.
In this case you might need to go inside your select element, option text and create a new state that will grab the selected element and change its color with some custom logic.
