When accessing the web price page without being logged in, the regional price appears.
However, when I log into my account and go to subscriptions, the regional price does not appear.
I already called via chat but until now they haven’t resolved it.

If you have already done any payment directly in USD before your account will be considered an american account.
In order to change it to a Brazilian account you will need to get in touch with our support so they change your account manually.
