Redirecting the Homepage stops after a few hours

Redirect the Home page to a URL hosted on a marketing site.

I went to Redirections and added a redirect from homepage to the page hosted on the marketing website.

  • Where exactly you’re getting stuck

The Redirect works for a few hours. When I deploy, the redirect works, but after a few hours, when I go to the domain, I land on the home page hosted on weweb. I do not want that. I want to land on the Page that I added in the redirects.

Where are you applying redirection? I imagine that you are doing this in your DNS provider right? (ex. cloudflare)

So in this case WeWeb has nothing to do with your issue, this is probably a bad setup on your side.

We explain a bit about redirecting your root domain to your www domain in our docs: Add a custom domain | Documentation

But if you are trying to do anything more complex than that you’ll need help from your dns provider.

No. I want to redirect the weweb page to the external url.

Wouldn’t that need to be done on weweb?
