Has anyone every successfully integrate onesignal push notification on weweb ?
Or maybe use a service called https://progressier.com/ to enable push notification ?
correct me if im wrong, weweb generates PWA out of the box but it seems we can’t do anything to modify the default PWA setting ?

Indeed, you are correct.
Now that we have released components and libraries, releasing a marketplace of templates and improving the PWA options are top of the list for Q1 2024.
@Kevin has started exploring options for push notifications. The product team will be making a decision about which approach to start with in January and start development work then.
okay, push notification is kind of a big deal and since weweb try to be as no code as possible, my suggestion is to have a deeper integration with progressier.com or something similar.
One signal is also a choice but im pretty sure you need to have some engineering background to configure onesignal.

Trying to get it so users can see a red circle with a counter in it that says how many unread messages they have.
When they open messages, the counter goes away.
Not sure how to do this.
which one do you use ? one signal ?
Just WeWeb & Xano. I got in touch with the Xano team & they said it’s possible with just using weweb & xano.
But having trouble figuring it out.

@Joyce Has there been any development in terms of push notifications when the app is closed(similar to native mobile app push notifications) ? Can we integrate onesignal or anything similar easily and achieve this?
I don’t want to move out from weweb for an app just because it needs push notifications (and i’m sure a lot of others also need this basic integration)
