Not able to Add an element from Basics

hello, while clicking on Add button, I am not able to see any default elements that I could add to my project (Flexbox, container etc.). I tried adding Starter Kit Library, but it didn’t help.

adding Starter Kit in the library didn’t help either, neither did reloading data

Can you clear browser history and cache/ try in a different browser?
