How do I add an element to a UI kit?

And where in the editor do I find the UI kit? I did a search in weweb documentation, but it didnt return anything…

Thanks Quentin. That shows me where I locate the Project UI kit, but not how to ADD an element to it. For example, I want to create a UI kit element which is the way I like to style the rows in a collection). Do I just add an element to a page, style it, then drag it into my UI kit?
