Need Help with Input Inside "Data Display - List" Component

Hi everyone,

I’m currently facing an issue with an input element within the “Data Display - List” component in WeWeb. When the input is placed outside the list, I’m able to access its value without any problems. However, once I place the input inside the list component, I’m unable to access the value.

I’ve tried several approaches to troubleshoot this issue but haven’t had any luck so far. It seems like there might be something I’m missing about handling inputs within dynamic list components.

I have attached some screenshots to illustrate the setup and the problem. Any guidance or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps someone has encountered a similar issue and found a workaround or solution?

Select dropdown in collection list

When inputs are in a repeated element (collection list, columns ecc) you need to keep track of the values (in your case the selected values) using variables and workflows. This guide explains how to do it. This example is similar, but using checkboxes. You can adapt the sam principle to work with the select or any other input.
