I’m interested in the WeWeb Starter Plan and need clarification on hosting. Does this plan include hosting services, or do users need to handle hosting separately?

Ah yes, good point!
You can build the client side of a web-app in WeWeb, i.e. the visual interface that users interact with.
If you need to store data, you will need an external database like Airtable, Xano, or Supabase for example.
