Image slider dots "current slide state" logic?

Hi Team,

I don’t know how to give a condition for the “current slide” state of the image slider dots to work.

The “active” state of the content slider works out of the box when the current slide is displayed but the one above doesn’t work like this.

Since there’s only one icon element and no way to know which slide is selected, I have no idea how to make it work.

BTW, do you have a way for me to send you a video without using my Loom account and risking deleting later for furut user reads ?

There seems to be some internal logic to the Content slider to make the dot active — which is broken on the image slider.
I’d suggest just starting from the Content slider, and replacing the content with your images!

Hi @jptrinh and thank you for your answer. Sadly, it’s too late I’ve already set up the slider and I don’t picture myself rebuilding it entirely…
Do you plan on fixing it soon ? Also, it would be great to know which slide is displayed via a variable system. I could set up a workflow to get to that system using the arrow but it’s quite a mess to do…

@Mael just gave me the workaround. You just have to change the name of the state to “active” and it works.
