Hi I don’t know why I’m always getting problems when I’m trying to connect the collection of the module 2 of the WeWeb Academy, it’s telling me “Unable to retrieve configuration. Please contact support”
I made a video of what I’m doing, maybe I’m completely wrong, but I think it should also work by using the Xano plugin instead of using the API rest from the module 2 right?

Hello, did you create API groups/API endpoint on the Xano side ?
Can you try logging out of WeWeb, clearing browser cache and then try again?

Thanks for your message, I did that, now it’s giving me a different error, this is the one in the video, but I followed all the steps as you can see in the loom I made (but with Xano instead of Rest API) but it doesn’t seem to work.
Would you be so kind of telling me what am I doing wrong, something tells me it has to be with the token, but unlike in the video with Rest API, I couldn’t see any other option.

Yes, I installed the snipet of Xano that is in the module 2, and everything seems to be ok in Xano.

This is a different issue. It’s not coming from WeWeb. 401 is a network error saying that you are not authorized. Please check your Xano endpoint to see if it’s public or if it requires credentials. If it doens’t work, let’s continue in the chat support.
