Disable Workflow

Why can’t we have a simple disable workflow so we can keep it for refernce while we test another workflow as well. ?

the only way is to put pass through condition which requirest too many steps and from outside we can’t know if it readly has a pass through condition disabled

Hi @yma :waving_hand:

Yeah, I agree it’d be a great addition. Can’t remember if there’s a technical reason that makes it not so straightforward to implement. In any case, passing this on to the tech team so they keep it in mind! Thanks for the nudge :slightly_smiling_face:

I’ll just add one thing that bothers me too, which is not being able to invoke workflows in the same way as one would delete them or disable in this context menu.

Not sure I got your point Broberto. What do you mean? You would want the options “Copy”, “Duplicate”, “Disable”, “Invoke”, “Delete” in this menu?

Yes, exactly, like now where we can disable Actions

I agree on this, somteims we have to go inside to run the action so we lose the screen that we were on

Got it! Will share the feedback

Yes! Please do this two things! That would help a lot.
Thank you.

@Joyce Any update on this request please?

Thanks

Hey there :waving_hand:

Following your recent follow ups, the request was moved from our general backlog into the tracked backlog so it’s now in the right place for evaluation.

I don’t have an ETA, but if you want to help give it more visibility, sending it through the feedback app is always helpful — those requests get logged directly in our system and can influence prioritization.
