Changes in typography not propagating for client

I built a website which works absolutely fine for me and is as per the designs shared by the client. Now there were some typography changes requested which I did on the live website and published to production. The changes have propagated for me and I have tested this on multiple devices.

But this is not the case for the client. There seems to be no change at their end. They are on another continent so will I have to wait longer? Is this normal? How can I rectify it? I am very confused.

the Font section in Console > Network is empty. Could that be the problem ?

I think you should tell the client to try clearing the cache, or open the site in the incognito window. It may be that they’re getting an old cached version.

This has been tried. The client even tried loading the website on a different machine but still the same. I am super confused about this.

Then it might be that you have the font installed locally only. Is the font set up properly? Have you tried re-publishing?

I have. I just downloaded the font file and uploaded it to weweb (followed the documentation). Anything else that I need to check?

I did test the website on a different machine available with me and everything seems to be working fine. But this isn’t the case for the client.
