Is it possible to build a live chat or communicator for businesses that keeps live chat, Messenger and email in one place. A good example is the tidio platform. Can weweb be used to build a platform similar to tidio?
Definitely, I’d rather ask what backend you’ll use for this, as most of the heavy lifting will be done there.

Xano would work fine for a unified inbox use case - as would the other major backends. The key for deciding which might be more valuable is going to be what kind of functionality you’re looking to bring to bear and your own comfort with code.
