Tried to use AI just now, and immediately received an error saying I’d used all my tokens. Yet when I looked at my Plan / Billing tab, it indicated I have plenty of tokens left. Images attached. @Raphael
That’s frustrating. Why is my “Free” seat plan only have 1M tokens? I have a scale and starter project, spending $150/mo.
Hello! Free Workspaces have a limit of 1M tokens. To get access to more I tokens you need to migrate yourself to the new pricing. With your configuration you would be migrated to:
1 x Essential ($20/month)
1 x Grow ($24/month)
1 x Scale ($100/month)
This will also give you 10M AI tokens. Normally you would pay much less with the new pricing but you currently have a “special” Scale from the campaign last year when we offered them for $99.
Hi Fredo, you are on a Free plan which is limited to 1M tokens. I see that you have 5M so I take it someone from the WeWeb team gave you additional tokens and I suspect that the system is unable to properly reconcile the difference between the tokens allocated to the Free tier and tokens that were granted to you separately - i.e. some bug.
Thanks Slavo. I suspected as much. Please thank @Raphael for the gesture, but let him know that giving someone additional tokens behind the scene does NOT work, because your system uses the AI token allocation from the plan, not from how many tokens are actually in the account. It will be hard for me to justify a paid upgrade to give me more tokens when there is no way to judge how many tokens are used for even simple requests -that was what I was trying to gauge by testing the AI in the first place.
is there a difference between the Team and the Essential seat ? so if we migrated is there anything we would lose or is it exactly the same since we don’t have any old list features of the old plans ?
