Avoid double user accounts

Hello,

My objective is to avoid that multiple users create an account with the same e-mail address.

My workflow begins with a Xano Sign-up. Xano does its job by sending back the right error “the account is already in use”. However, it does not trigger the “on error” part of the workflow, and continue on the default workflow path which does not make sense.

How can I modify the workflow so that when the Xano part is “red”, the on error workflow triggers?

Hey,

can you add to the “on error” tab an action with just a log? Just to be sure that it doesn’t trigger.

I checked on my side the same issue with a duplicate email adress and it does trigger “on error” tab.
