I am currently unable to view my app in the preview mode or live mode. It worked one time but since then, I’ve been unable to view it again.

Hi,
apparently you have a too many redirect problems. It often happen when you have two pages redirecting to each others. Or if your redirect from private page go also on a private page.
Can you check your workflow?

Found the source of the problem. I had unwittingly made the homepage privately accessible to authenticated users within a user group.
