Additional customization on calendar element?

Basically same question as this thread, as it seems not much has changed since: Cannot change formatting of calendar element

I need something functionally very similar to the out-of-the-box WeWeb calendar element except I’m realizing it has very little capacity for customization (can’t even change the font, cell border colors, etc.). What’s up with that?

I guess for now my best alternative is to build one from scratch using divs, etc. Anyone got any pointers to tackle this?

Feel free to ask for additional features and improvements here. We’ll do our best to deliver.

In the meantime, indeed you can try building your own from scratch using components. My advice would be to break things down into smaller reusable parts (so components within components) to give yourself as much flexibility as possible.
