Add and delete tabs not working

I’m trying to add and delete tabs, but neither of those actions are working as expected. Please see attached image. Is this a bug? @Quentin @Joyce

Any update on this? The tab element isn’t very useful if you can’t add or delete tabs… I’m frustrated that I can’t build a page that has <> 3 tabs.
