Hi,
We use Xano Auth with WeWeb and want to set up the “Password Reset” process using Magic Link.
We are at the point where we want to set up the “Step 3 - Workflow to Reset the User’s Password”.
This is in the documentation Step 3 Action 1 (Xano authentication | Documentation).
We followed the documentation step by step, watched the 2 videos from Xano that are mentioned in the “precondition” and downloaded all necessary extensions, etc.
In the documentation there is a screenshot in which a workflow called “1. Login with magic token” is first adapted in the “Reset Password” form container of Xano Auth.
We do not have this step in our workflow of the Xano Auth template for “Reset Password”.
How do we proceed?
Have we made a mistake? Is the documentation not correct?
We thought of inserting an empty page that makes a login with the magic link “on mounted” and then redirects to the actual “Change Password” page.
However, we have not been able to get this to work so far.
Anybody has the same issue?
