Workflow infinity loop

Hello,
I tested below in a test project:
Set global workflow as “On page load > Change page (TOP)”

Then I cannot access editor of that project because of infinity loop… Me stupid.It’s danger.
How can I recovery from this problem?

You can access another page onload workflow without going to the page by clicking the settings icon.

Remove the redirect then it will be ok

But unfortunately I set it to global workflow, cannot reach to remove redirect.
