I’m working through the design of a multi-service application that combines different on-demand services in one place, and I’m finding it harder than expected to decide what to prioritize early.
Some services need real-time updates, others are more request-based, and a few share only basic components like user accounts and payments. For those who’ve built similar systems, what usually becomes the hardest part as more services are added?
