I have a user that is reporting that they cannot access the app website URL on their work PC, but can with their work ipad. I suggested they ask their IT department and they came back that my site was missing security certificates.
When I view them from my browser, it shows valid SSL certificate. I also use Cloudflare for DNS, and it’s showing secure using Full SSL/TLS encryption.
Anyone else deal with this with external users? I’ve submitted a ticket with WeWeb, but not sure if this is something on their end in any case.
