Simplest way to display Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc pages

I need to create each of these as seperate pages. I tried using the rich-text element and just copy/pasted the text into there then set the element to read only, but when I navigate away from the page the text isn’t saved.

What’s the simplest way to display a static block of rich text?

Save it into a DB and then feed it into rich text. Is it html formatted?

then I’d export it as HTML and save it in your DB as content, then I’d just display it. Or, you can just export it as HTML and paste it into WeWeb.
