Project view limit exceeded

I have an app in the partner workspace which is not allowing me to view the staging app. The app is on the free plan and has not been used commercially. Two people preview the application - 30 to 50 page loads a week, yet we seem to have hit WeWeb’s project limit.

What’s the solution to this? And why is there a view limit in the partner workspace for apps not on a custom domain?

Hi HImanshu! There is a limit of 100 app loads for projects in the Partner Workspace. The purpose of this publish option is to demo a project to the customer before it is handed over to them. The limit will not support any other workflows.

If you need a larger number of app loads than that, you, or your customer will need to purchase a “normal” project subscription.

@Slavo How can the customer upgrade the app to a paid plan without transferring the app? Any documentation for it?

Hi Himanshu, let’s take this offline! The Community is not the best platform for this kind of stuff. I will send you an email.

Got it, Slavo. It’s not the ideal solution, but we can work with it.

Can your team investigate this issue where the editor is stuck on the billing section? Link

Hi @Slavo is this a total of 100 app loads, or is this a limit per period, like day, week or month?

Total.

Thanks, but on your site there is the follwoing:
Publish projects on a weweb.io domain and share with customers (limited to 100 monthly app visits)

Indeed! It is wrong. Good catch, thank you. We wil fix it!
