Two new integrations: Notion and n8n

WeWeb now connects natively to two more tools you might already run your business on.

Notion. Query and search your Notion databases, and read, create, update, or archive pages, straight from a WeWeb workflow. You can also bind a table view directly to a Notion database, with filtering, sorting, and pagination handled for you. WeWeb’s AI assistant and MCP already know how to work with your Notion connection, so you can ask it to build with your Notion data.

n8n. Trigger your n8n workflows, cloud or self-hosted, directly from a WeWeb workflow. You can also check on past runs, their status and timing, and bind a table view to your execution history. WeWeb’s AI assistant and MCP can help you set up this connection too.

New drag, drop and resize experience

We’ve made dragging and dropping elements on the canvas smoother. You can now also resize them, and change the space between them, just by dragging.

Together, that makes reworking a page manually much faster and more intuitive: you size and space things by hand, on the page, instead of looking for the right setting in the panel on the right.

Go to the Interface tab and start playing around. Let us know what you think!

Import a CSV into your WeWeb tables

You can now fill a WeWeb Table straight from a spreadsheet instead of adding rows one by one.

Pick a .csv file, and WeWeb reads it and suggests which column of your file goes into which column of your table. You can change any of those matches, add a new column if your file holds something your table doesn’t yet, and preview the first rows before anything is saved.

The import then shows its progress and tells you how many rows arrived.

Improvements to WeWeb’s AI and MCP

  • Popups and Components - WeWeb AI and MCP can now create and edit Popups or a no-code Components
  • More reliable MCP authentication - OAuth connection progress is preserved when users need to sign in to WeWeb.
  • Auth-provider updates restored - Fixed auth-provider upserts.
  • Component actions accepted - Fixed valid component actions being rejected by AI.‍
  • Cleaner AI page generation - AI now creates real pages instead of combining hidden page sections.‍
  • Additional AI improvements - Improved element-documentation extraction and properties for the three-agent architecture.

Other improvements & fixes

  • Manual backup - Eligible customers can download and import Editor backups.‍
  • Custom-component array properties - Fixed misaligned array-property controls.‍
  • Workflow action picker - Large action lists now display correctly and remain easy to navigate.‍
  • Environment variables - Names are normalized consistently and case-insensitive duplicates are rejected.‍
  • Conditional table views - “Apply if” formulas now correctly control whether condition groups are applied.

As always, we hope you enjoy these updates  Keep the feedback coming!

This update is outstanding! I was absolutely a hater of every website dev tool turning into AI, but with how smoothly it can build now, especially with the MCP connector and Claude Opus, I am fully onboard!
Keep up the :fire: work team!

2 big release in a week, amazing :fire:
I didn’t think I was going to say that one day, but really exiting to see what’s possible using the MCP!

Ooooh how I wish I could tease what’s coming next…

Sneaky Smile

Brilliant work as always @Joyce.
I did notice today an odd glitch in my project where the header elements(3 buttons i have and are used for navigation) had shifted to the right on all 15 pages of my app(and they are assets and not components so i wouldn’t have made the error 15 times by mistake mostly
This had happened in the editor only (not in the live app thankfully)

Has any other user also reported any such oddity cause i think it might be related to the drag and drop and resize on canvas update maybe..?

I think there have been a few small quirks here and there but I haven’t seen anything major or wide-spread. Support and devs are on top of it so please do create a bug ticket if you notice anything! They’ll take a look asap

Here for the component update, can finally use the mcp to bring my design system into weweb

fwiw, I needed to log out of the editor an back in for my existing popups to not show as an empty div. Was scared for a moment that they got wiped…
