Not able to open my weweb project

Hi @Joyce,
When i am trying open my ongoing project this attached tab is opening where it is asking me to authorized my account. Bu as the mail is mention in Weweb account was a custom domain mail (Got expired) couple of days back, i am not able to receive the link sent by Weweb in this mail id. Also there is no option to edit the existing mail id (as without opening the account it is not possible). Hence please help me to edit my existng mail id so that i can get this link to open my account.

Old mail id - skhazari@payrolleazy.com
New mail id - statcompsolution@gmail.com

This is really unfortunate that, even after sharing a matter of loosing the access of account, not a single reply i have received from the support team on this thread.

How can we even rely on you when the product will be on the production line. Seeking your immediate action in this regard.

You should have an alternative way of resetting the existing email id, if the user lost it accidentally.
