Deleted huge sections by mistake. Navigated away so no “undo” option. There really is no way to recover deleted items?

Indeed, if you’ve navigated away from the page with the deleted sections, the “undo” option won’t work.
If you’ve published committed a version of your app in the past, you might still be able to recover the items by rolling back to a backup.
If the sections included components from another library, you might be able to recover them by going back to the original component from the library or reverting to a previous version of the library.
