Just a quick share, because I had this problem that the z-axis didn’t fix. If you have multiple modals and can’t get the z-axis to fix the issue, it’s because modals stack based on their order in the navigator.
Yes for the moment the order is important, but we have a ticket in QA to being able to set the zaxis. Comming in production soon
