For some reason using keyboard shortcuts to copy/paste elements in the editor aren’t working for me. I’m using Chrome on a PC if that matter. Minor annoyance, but wondering if anyone has had same issue and knows of a fix?

Make sure that you select an element that will be the sibling of the pasted element, otherwise it will not work.
This keeps randomly happening to me too. Shortcuts work for most of the time, but then stop.
CRTL + D for example, reverts to chrome’s shortcut and saves the page as a bookmark!
I’d love to know how to control and stop this behaviour.
We recently discover a bug that disable shortcut after editing a component by double clicking.
It has been fixed, but not released yet.
Can you try to check if this happen to you on this situation?
A workaround (to wait the fix) is to select from the iframe and not from the Layout panel
