Is anyone else having errors that prevent them from navigating the Editor or publishing?

For the past hour, I’ve been getting these errors:

I haven’t encountered this but will ask the team.

Could you give us a bit more information about when this happens? It might help us understand what could be causing it and point you in the right direction or fix something on our side if it’s a bug.

When I publish from the Editor I get the “We could not verify the target data environment. Please retry before publishing.”

When I navigate between pages in the Interface editor I get the “Request failed with status code 500” or I return to the same “Sign in” page in my project.

Project ID: c7a6aa1d-383f-4898-b9c5-462cb06b7990

I’ve also been logged out of the published site. When I try to log back in, I get the message: “Could not sign in. Check your email and password and try again.”

EDIT: I’ve just noticed this message: “Plan limits reached. Database compute (101%) is over your plan limits. Your database is paused until limits reset or your plan changes.” Could this be the cause?

EDIT 2: I have upgradet to Grow+ but I still get the same error.

Any news @Joyce ? I have a presentation in less than two hours where I’m supposed to showcase this project!

EDIT: Claude via the MCP connection can see that after I upgraded the project to Grow+ the usage page shows Database compute at 40h 14m of 120h (34%) and the database is no longer marked as paused.

The problems started around the time Database compute passed 100% on Launch+, so I suspect that’s the cause. Can you confirm the database has actually resumed for both the editor and production environments?

EDIT 2: I also tried logging in with a different browser to rule out a browser cache issue, but I’m having the same problem in Firefox.

UPDATE: I can now publish, but not navigate between pages in the Editor interface.

UPDATE 2: Now thats a bit embarrassing… I did not notice that I had to reselect a user to come past the Sign in page in the Editor interface!
