Hello,
Is there documentation of a range of IP addresses WeWeb uses? I am using an API that uses IP whitelists to access the data. I saw a previous post that a single IP is available on the Starter and Scale plan. Any guidance is appreciated.

Hey, as mentioned, you’ll need to switch to a starter or scale plan and then contact us so that we can attribute you an IP range.
This is for the SQL plugin though.
For API calls, it comes directly from you browser (as WeWeb apps are frontend apps), meaning IPs are different for each user (when you build, it’s your IP).
Hello Quentin, about making API requests, I don’t know if I understand correctly, will the IP always be dynamic? Is there no way to make the request with an IP range or a static IP for the client’s firewall?
Hi!
It depends which API requests you’re talking about. But every dynamic collection or workflow action are requested from the user’s browser to your connected backend/services. So there is no WeWeb servers involved, so no WeWeb IPs.
We have one microservice used by :
This microservice has a static IP and we make it available from your workspace settings but I think you need a Team workspace plan.
